Recuva cannot detect my phone

I am using the Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge and there is no option to enable USB mass storage, only the Media Transfer Protocol (MTP) and Picture Transfer Protocol (PTP) is available. I think because of that, Recuva cannot detect my device, it only detects drives C and E. And I need to recover videos from my internal storage. To anyone who can help me, you have my unending gratitude. Thanks in advance!

Hi trium, I am confused on what to do. Should I get i linux pc then? Because i dont have one and my friends dont have one. Is there any other way to "Create a complete copy of the data partition of my phone and transmit it to the PC" like you said with the link?
