Thom
After I run CCleaner(most recent 64-bit version), it seems that I loose my "Recent" spreadsheet list in Excel 2013 and documents in Word 2013. Is this a settings issue with CCleaner or a problem with Excel/Word?
Moderators mta Posted October 20, 2015 Moderators Share Posted October 20, 2015 for me, simply unticking the Office 2013 entry on the Applications tab didn't help. I had to setup the following EXCLUDE; %UserProfile%\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Office\Recent\ Backup now & backup often. It's your digital life - protect it with a backup.Three things are certain; Birth, Death and loss of data. ADVICE FOR USING CCleaner'S REGISTRY INTEGRITY SECTION DON'T JUST CLEAN EVERYTHING THAT'S CHECKED OFF. Do your Registry Cleaning in small bits (at the very least Check-mark by Check-mark) ALWAYS BACKUP THE ENTRY, YOU NEVER KNOW WHAT YOU'LL BREAK IF YOU DON'T.
