oabusheikh
First of all, i would like to say that this program has worked miracles! My computers are running much more efficiently and i feel much more secure. I currently have this program running on 3 PCs, (girlfiend's, labtop, and desktop PC), but i cannot seem to find the solution to my problem. Specifically, The Bank of America online service asks for personal questions from computers it does not recognise, and once it is entered, the questions are omitted afterwards. Before installing CCleaner, i never had to reenter information until i decided to have CCleaner run during startup and shutdown after completion. I now have to reenter security question passwords every time. Is there anyway i can avoid answering these questions? How can i save passwords and delete history, and un-needed internet files? Greenknight
You need to keep the cookie from the site. Unless you want to skip "Cookies" cleaning all together, you need to do this: After you have been logged in to the site, before running CCleaner open CCleaner > Options > Cookies, find Bank of America in the "Cookies to delete" column, highlight it, and click the arrow to move it to the "Cookies to keep" column. You need to do the same for any site you want to remain logged in to.
