ebill
It seems that about every other release I find I must reanalyze constantly because my browser temp files still come up even after cleaning. Weird part about this is that when I update to a new release this goes away and once run, the next analysis shows empty. Then when a new release comes in it's back to the same problem. Anyone else ever experience this? Ed
Moderators Andavari Posted January 13, 2015 Moderators Share Posted January 13, 2015 (edited) You need to give more info: * CCleaner version you're using * Windows Operating system version, and is it 32-bit or 64-bit * The web browser causing the issue (note that Chrome issues have been reported for months) -------- Maybe the browser is still running. One thing to check is make sure you haven't disabled warning messages in CCleaner, the setting for it is in: Options > Advanced: 'Hide warning messages' That way if part of your browser is still running CCleaner can at least warn you about it, and that the cleaning will be skipped.
