CCleaner Drive Wipe By Folder

Hi guys,

 

I can't remember for how long I've been using CCleaner, ages now, and simply because it rocks and also allows me to have it as a portable app on a usb stick!

I've always recommended CCleaner to all my friends and work colleagues and all of them love it too.

I've just had the need to use a feature that I thought CCleaner had inside the Drive Wipe tool but apparently it's not available.

The feature is to wipe free space but instead of just allowing me to chose a drive, the prefect this would be to pair that with the possibility of choosing a folder also if needed.

Hope you introduce this in a future version.

It's been a requested feature before, which would be handy but they haven't added it as a feature yet.

 

Currently if you wish to securely delete files/folders you can delete them to the Recycle Bin, and then make sure secure deletion is enabled and CCleaner will securely delete them from the Recycle Bin.
