Moderators Nergal Posted April 15, 2014 Moderators Share Posted April 15, 2014 My guess is (without looking at the file, I tend not to download random dropbox files) firefox is not properly closing on the machine. Please run ccleaner in /debug mode and post only the resulting log, containing the crash. The only sensitive information in the log should be your username just use a text editor and change sensitive information to mqpo ADVICE FOR USING CCleaner'S REGISTRY INTEGRITY SECTION DON'T JUST CLEAN EVERYTHING THAT'S CHECKED OFF. Do your Registry Cleaning in small bits (at the very least Check-mark by Check-mark) ALWAYS BACKUP THE ENTRY, YOU NEVER KNOW WHAT YOU'LL BREAK IF YOU DON'T.
