For some reason it shows up in the analysis, but after running the cleaner, Chrome's history is still there. I have read other posts, but have not found a remedy. TheWebAtom Posted January 16, 2014 Share Posted January 16, 2014 When you say 'still there,' do you mean still being detected by CCleaner in subsequent scans, or still present within Google Chrome itself? If it's the latter, have you signed into your Google Account with Chrome? By default, Chrome Sync will automatically backup and restore your browsing history and share it between your devices.
