Hmm
There is an option to move files to the end of the drive during the defrag process (it doesn' work very well mind you), so it only makes sense to have an option to move particular files to the beginning of the drive. I know Norton had this (when I had a subscription with them many years ago).
eL_PuSHeR
What files do you intend to put at the beggining of the disk? The only idea that crosses my mind are those pertaining to booting (layout.ini *.pf files).
Moderators mta Posted May 28, 2013 Moderators Share Posted May 28, 2013 this idea has come up before, files at the end, files at the start, even files in the middle, and a few version releases have come and gone with no expansion on the current 'file at the end' option. but, as you may have known from reading other posts/threads, the Dev Team do read these ideas and if they have merit, you may see them in an upcoming release. just don't hold your breathe...
