fidmas Posted February 22, 2013 Share Posted February 22, 2013 I saw an old thread about this that seemed to get brushed off and a request to start a new thread, so here it is. I have a relatively newly cloned HD with the MFT at the front of the drive and a large "MFT Reserved Space" in the middle. Now, even though it wouldn’t be the worst thing in the world, the MFT will eventually need to grow. Since the only reserved MFT space is a long way away, the MFT is guarantied to get at least 2 widely separated fragments. Is there any way, or any product to get the reserved space together with the current MFT? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
