Alana Posted January 19, 2013 Share Posted January 19, 2013 1) Open CCleaner 2) Click Applications 3) Checkmark Saved Form Information If this fixes it, great! _ If it doesn't: 1) Open Firefox 2) Ctrl + Shift + Del 3) Select Form & Search History, then set Time Range to Everything & press clear now Do either of these methods clear the files you were looking to remove? nodles Posted January 19, 2013 Share Posted January 19, 2013 Could you post the original problem/info here, not just a link to another forum. Which versions of CCleaner, Firefox & OS are you using? G-hot Posted January 19, 2013 Author Share Posted January 19, 2013 I use the latest version of Firefox & CCleaner and I have a Windows XP Pro and yes certainly I have to close the Firefox browser and all open windows, trying to find where this problem came from?!
