Hey, me and my bro on this pc have an account each, both admins, what i would like to know is that i have the new windows live messenger and that i dont want it to be installed on his account aswell which it already does.. is there a way to stop programs i install on my acc. onto his?

Save the download to your desktop. Then right click and choose Run As, and you can install it under yourself (ie password protected).

 

That's how I do it on my OS - XP Pro SP2
