A friend says when he's filling out personal information on a website (in this case, his address/city/state/zip) and he hits Send or Continue, when redisplayed it appears with the wrong characters in one of more of the fields. I don't know on what sites this happens or other specific info just yet, but he did contact tech support for his PC and Microsoft about it, which to me means it's happening on different sites. Either way, he said both tech supports pointed the finger at the other, so he's back at square one. This is all the info I have so far. I'm guessing it has to do with an encryption conflict on secure sites. Again, I'm hoping others have heard of this happening and can point me somewhere.
