norel
How do you remove the entry for Sun Java in the Applications tab under "Internet?" I uninstalled Java from two machines (one Vista SP2 one XP SP3) and it was dropped automatically from CCleaner. But another machine (XP SP3) doesn't want to play nice. I removed every file and folder with "Sun" or "Java" in the name, and went through the registry exporting, deleting, and then restoring when none of them removed it. Who knows how to get rid of it? nodles
[sun Java] ID=2094 LangSecRef=3022 Detect=HKLM\SOFTWARE\JavaSoft\Java Plug-in Default=False FileKey1=%appdata%\Sun\Java\Deployment\cache|*.*|RECURSE FileKey2=%appdata%\Sun\Java\Deployment\javaws\cache|*.*|RECURSE Sun Java entry gets detected by registry "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\JavaSoft\Java Plug-in" so you could try to remove that.
