Moderators Nergal Posted May 4, 2012 Moderators Share Posted May 4, 2012 is this a one time crash? or is it recreatable? If the latter, from command line run "C:\program files\defraggler\defraggler.exe" /debug the " marks are important replace c:\program files\defraggler with the location of your defraggler program. when you do that, make defraggler crash after the crash in the c:\program files\defraggler\ (or whatever you replaced it with in step one) you will find a log and a dump file. Please attach the log to this thread. Please hold on to the dump file, until this issue is solved or you are sure it won't be needed, the developers may ask you for it. Do note, the developers read all threads, though rarely comment. If you post the log it will be looked at. ADVICE FOR USING CCleaner'S REGISTRY INTEGRITY SECTION DON'T JUST CLEAN EVERYTHING THAT'S CHECKED OFF. Do your Registry Cleaning in small bits (at the very least Check-mark by Check-mark) ALWAYS BACKUP THE ENTRY, YOU NEVER KNOW WHAT YOU'LL BREAK IF YOU DON'T.
