Let me take a wild guess to what your problem EXACTLY is. Your encryption keys do not match or you have not set them up properly between your wireless router and your laptop. If you have set them up properly, then your next post sould only be my one request from you: What type of Security are you using on your router/laptop and what is the key? kel23 Posted August 21, 2011 Author Share Posted August 21, 2011 I got my wireless icon and i connected to a unsecured network and it connected and now i can get on the internet, but i can't find my secured network? kel23 Posted August 23, 2011 Author Share Posted August 23, 2011 I think i need a wireless LAN adapter driver, because everytime i install the pro wireless i downloaded from dell my old wireless icon pops up, and the wifi light comes on. Then i remove the pro wireless. But when i restart my computer my wifi light is off and the wireless icon is gone. Where can i get the right wireless lan adapter driver from?
