mbur
The offending check mark items are Internet Explorer [temporary internet files] and [cookies]. I press [Run Cleaner] and a Ccleaner restart is required. The system:- - CCleaner v2.36.1233 - MS windows xp home - sp2 - Intel pentium M processor 1400MHz, 1.0GB RAM, The error message:- "The thread tried to access a page that was not present and the system could not load the page. For example, this exception might occur if a network connection is lost while running a program over the network." I'm a bit mystified as the [analyze] button with the above checked doesn't force a restart of Ccleaner. I can't access these files with netcpl.cpl either. So I either have deleted some vital part of IE at some time or I have an intruder..
