Rainsberger
Hi Guys This is my first post after joining the forum and i would like to say hello to everyone, and all fellow users. I seem to have a problem with CCleaner and other software's i use. When i start to run CCleaner at the top it give me the version of Windows that is installed on my desktop. It say's i am running MS Windows XP Professional Service Pack 3. But this is wrong as i'm running MS Windows Media Centre with Service Pack 3. Last year i had major crash due to this confict of versions when updating drivers which were NOT for the version of windows i'm using. So can anyone tell me why CCleaner tells me i have Windows XP Professional when i have Windows XP Media Centre running, thanks in advance.
Aethec
Actually, Windows XP Media Center is only XP Pro + additional software. I don't know if there's a way for a program to know if the XP edition is a Media Center one. Piriform French translator
