No problem on one coumputor, but the other produced this result. Please make this simple and step by step. My skill level is pretty low. Thanks. Did you do a registry clean (issues) If so, did you make a back up when asked if you wanted to do so? Had this computer ever had ccleaner on it before. Had any other problems lately?
