What are the names of the files? How many fragments are they in? What is the size of the files? Of course the pen is mightier than the sword! You know who said that? The guy with the pen. The only thing I know that at the end of defragmenting it tels me that 17% still fragmented and I can see the little red blocks. ehcet

FearNothingProductions
ehcet- There are three small tabs below the blocks you mentioned. These are labeled "Drive %:" (where % is the name of your drive, in this case most likely C), "File list" and "Search". After you have defragged your drive, click on the "File list" tab. What files are listed? How big are they? How many fragments are they in? Of course the pen is mightier than the sword! You know who said that? The guy with the pen.
