Moderators hazelnut Posted January 27, 2010 Moderators Share Posted January 27, 2010 I think ident means your sound levels in volume control. OH.......Yes I checked the sound level on my computer and on my external speakers. I pluged my external speakers into an iPod and the work fine so it is not a fuse in the speakers. I checked control panel under Hardware/Sound....then Sound.... I seemed to me ok?? Don't know what else to check?

Moderators hazelnut Posted January 27, 2010 Moderators Share Posted January 27, 2010 If you did it is saved by default in 'my documents'' You right-click on it and select merge. It looks like a piece of paper with blue blocks on it Support contact https://support.ccleaner.com/s/contact-form?language=en_US&form=general or support@ccleaner.com
