1984 Posted September 26, 2009 Share Posted September 26, 2009 couple of questions i thought id ask the piriform guys and gals. 1- is there a way to lock firefox to restrict access to it? like a quick program or something? 2- how do i keep a website (facebook) from auto filling the password section so that others just have to hit the login button and are in my account? i cant seem to get rid of it! thanks guys these have been driving me nuts! Moderators DennisD Posted September 26, 2009 Moderators Share Posted September 26, 2009 Try using Firefox itself. "Tools\Options\Use A Master Password". If you used a "password lock" Firefox Addon, it could be circumvented by launching Firefox in Safe Mode, so I would check that out as well. Make sure the Master Password carries through to Firefox in Safe Mode. This may solve the Facebook issue as well.
