It was there for several days, then disappeared for a few days, and now it's back again. All I can find out is that it's a file employed by Windows Management. From what I've read, I think it contains error information of some sort that is sent back to Microsoft. I chased it down with Agent Ransack and tried opening it only to discover that access is denied, so I cannot view the contents of the file even using the 'super user' Administrator account.
