miss pat
By mistake, I uninstalled "Windows Live Sign-In Assistant." The only Live product I use is email. If I need this product, how can I recover it? Any help is appreciated!

Moderators Andavari Posted July 10, 2009 Moderators Share Posted July 10, 2009 Download the installer from Microsoft here. I don't know if there's a stable build or not, it's the first thing Google turned up in a search which is a Beta, and it's for Windows 7 Beta. metalj
I'm not sure if this will restore "Windows Live Sign-In Assistant" but it might be worth trying. Go to "Add/Remove Programs" click on "Windows Live Essentials" then on change/remove. A wizard will start giving you the options to uninstall or repair. Choose repair. If this doesn't work, then uninstalling and reinstalling will bring it back as it is integrated with the main installation.
