Vanguard382 Posted August 21, 2005 Share Posted August 21, 2005 i have gone through dell support and still can't find what the problem is with my 1394 adepter and i have my motorola modem still using a usb and ethernt cords to connect to the inernet . If i unplug the usb the motorola thing listing is not even there. Rridgely what do you think i should do i could try unistalling the 1394 net adepter. Vanguard382 Posted August 21, 2005 Author Share Posted August 21, 2005 ok well i got the modem to just run on ethernet but now when i plug the router with the modem to te computer it instlas fine until it checks internt connection then it say so connection from browser, but if i go to my connections it lists it as connected and fine.. wtf is with this Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I set mine up in about 5 minutes. Somethings not right in your settings this is what my connections look like: Please put up a screen shot of that on your pc so I can see how your configured to get on the net.
