Files Listed After Scan

It used to be I would run a scan with Recuva (after almost daily cleanings with CCleaner) and spot a file at end of a date sequence and write it down.

Then I would wait about three or four days and check back with another scan and the file name would be gone, evidently erased from the Master File Table.

 

I am still spending about the same amount of time on my pc but am seeing things on the scan that are a lot older than three or four days.

 

Also there are gaps in the dates. The ones I have listed below are bunches of files names for each date.

I haven't changed any settings on Recuva or CCleaner that I can remember that would for account for the difference in what I see on the Recuva scans.

 

When I scan I see about 18,000 files on the Scan 1 and about 3000 on the Scan 2.
