xaver71111
To start things off im trying to reover my music and videos off of my ipod. i know this can be done because ive done it before. the thing is ive never had this specific problem. it appears as though the ipod is completely non accessible. when i plug it in it says i have to reformat it blah blah. well thats the reason i downloaded this program. anyway when i go to select the ipod in recuva it starts to scan but then says "The Parameter is Incorrect". any help is greatly appreciated. kmillerusaf
edit: i just thought of something. if i was to reformat the ipod, would recuva still be able to find my files? Possible but I think it would depend on how many passes you do. A low-level format might allow you to recover them. Something like a DOD or NSA rated format would probably not yield good results for recovery of your files. There's always an exception to the rule. I'm that exception.
