  1. Pardon me, not sure if this information is posted anywhere but without experimenting, how do I know what the new command line parameters do? It's not in the About section of the program and the commands are not on the Docs site yet. Thanks in advance! Keith
  2. Liking the new additions very much. The peripherals section is helpful and the more detailed information is a bonus in the other sections! Regards, Keith
  3. I'm 25... Just turned in July... Starting to feel the wear and tears of life!
  4. gaurav, It would be nice to know what application software you are planning to use to scan your computer... That way, someone can give you specific advice on how to do it
  5. Hey all, It's been awhile since I've posted here... I've been on the the Malwarebytes' forum helping over there for the last couple of months. Anyway, something has come to my attention from a couple of the members there. The winapp2.ini file can only be downloaded by registered members of the forum. Is this by design? Is there any way you can provide an off-site link for the file or an on-site link for the file that it is accessible to people who aren't registered? Thanks for your time and I hope all is well! Keith
  6. @Andavari, My exact thoughts as well. While it contains more entries than doing "wmic product list instance" in command prompt, it has a lot of useful entries as well Hmm.. Don't know how I am going to do this through the batch file. It might be impossible at this point in the game :|
  7. I wonder what CCleaner actually pulls from because the list it has is usually pretty accurate. It mirrors what the Add/Remove applet has stored.
  8. Hey Andavari I thought it would be nice to have it too. I'm glad I could put that bug in your ear although I'm sure I am not the first to think of it. I'm writing (or attempting to write) a backup batch file to backup things like my add/remove programs list, favorites for IE or firefox depending on if I am running it at work or at home, my documents and a couple of other folders, most likely the registry and anything on the desktop.
  9. Hey all, Just wondering if the devs had any plans on implementing a CLI parameter to export the add/remove list to text file... It would help a great deal with my backup batch file. Anyone else interested in seeing this done? Take care, Keith
  10. Just turned 25 on the 17th... I'm feeling every bit of it too

  17. I agree. I use Foxit at home but in a corporate environment, they tend to go with corporate products so I have to pay attention to things like this. No problem at all It's all about security these days.
  18. All: A security update has been released to the public for a critical vulnerability in Reader/Acrobat. It's recommended that you update the two products by opening up Adobe Reader, going to the "Help" menu, and clicking "Check for Updates" at the bottom. Also, please note that if you are currently using version 8.1.3. or below, you must update to 8.1.4 before updating to 8.1.5.
