Exclude/Include Feature...

Is there any way to exclude or include multiple files at a time, rather than all manually? I have more that 20 or so files that CCleaner wants to remove but they're all over the place not just one folder. Thought maybe when you do an analyse and save to log that you could copy and paste the log info some where? Or maybe add a feature that after an analyse you could right click on multiple files and directly exclude from there. Just a thought...

Thanks in advance for a response to my first question.

I think that by its nature the Include and Exclude options are relatively static, you wouldn't want to be changing the entries after one run, would you. So it's not really too onerous to enter 20 files names, especially if you drag and drop (probably in fewer clicks than writing the post - twenty click and drags and twenty Yeses!).
