cccleaner does not close fully

my problem is, even after x-ing my cccleaner: when i shut down laptop, it says that cccleaner is still running and that i have to close the program. same trouble? how do proper close the program. just x seems not be enough for my computer. can somebody give me a tip? o.l.i.

Welcome to the forums !!!

It is possible to load more than 1 copy of CCleaner.

Use Ctrl+Alt+Delete to view Task Manager and see how many copies when start and when you exit CCleaner.

Also make sure the option at Options > Advanced > Hide warning messages is unchecked.
