Depends of course on your broadband speed, how heavy the traffic was on the site you were trying to watch. Are you usually able to watch without any problems? Are your Flash plugins for your browsers up to date? As you can see, it could be one of a lot of things. There's been a couple of good discussion threads going recently on Flash/Shockwave plugins. You could probably learn a lot from going through them.
