If not do so and try again. If it still has problems turn off the deleting options that are set in Norton and try again. Why are you not using the latest CCleaner ? davey Yes, I rebooting my PC, I thought that I installed the latest version, however, I already did a cleanup once before, without probs. They normally come out once a month so your 5 months behind. Where did you download from? If you open CC you will see the version number next to CCleaner.com, I can't believe your 5 versions behind. Now, what to do to avoid this in the future? I refer you to this post about Software VERSION checkers and Software Patches or Software Update checkers. http://forum.piriform.com/index.php?s=&...st&p=110891 Use both these products at least 1 Time a month or as often as you have the time. Each one will help you to keep all your software up to date. No need to check for updates automatically every time you run something, unless it is security related programs and files. These products are free to everyone and make this task quick and simple. Quick and simple leaves more time to go out and have some "FUN" in your life. You deserve it !!!
