This is a common phenomena amongst other players of UT3 and users of CCleaner. The only thing I could guess is the key maybe encrypted and kept in Macromedia/Adobe files.Try turning off the cleaning of Adobe Flash Player at Cleaner > Applications tab > Multimedia > Adobe Flash Player.
