CCleaner GUI text problem

Recommended Posts

Updated today to the newest CCleaner and noticed that the text in the GUI is not displaying properly for me. I have my settings at 120 DPI and this might be the problem.

In the screen shot you will see that the text gets cut off at the end of the lines.

Yup that's the problem.

120 DPI will cause problems for other applications as well as they are designed to use the default 96 DPI characters to fit in the space for the text display.

I know because I did that once to try to make screens readable to my aging eyes.

This is the first version of CCleaner doing it though so the problem is new. Never had it before.
