Sharona
Please help! I am running Windows XP and CCleaner v2.04.543 I always update my Windows, spyware, anti-virus software, and CCleaner. I clean my "C" drive and perform weekly defrags. The problem is when something is found, I chose to delete it, fix it, get rid of it, and don't back up the registry. Lately, I am having major computer issues, where I cannot open files, files are not recognized, and my Windows Media Player will not work, not to mention open. How do I undo what I have done??? I just want my computer back! Is there anything I can do so that I don't have to go back to factory settings and loose all of my music downloaded to Windows Media Player??? pwillener
Can you try a System Restore to a date before the problem began? (http://support.microsoft.com/kb/306084)
