kissbaby Posted January 26, 2008 Share Posted January 26, 2008 ooooops sorry every one i should of post this here instead,,please forigive me ,,i'm sorry on the new version of CCleaner V2.04.543. i use firefox V2.0.0.11 the newest version of internet explorer V7.0.5730.13 i have all windows updates. i have windows XP home with sp2 i use spybot search and distroy ad-aware SE spyware blaster comodo free firewall V2.4 AVG free antivirus V7.5.516 i use both brawsers, i switch back and forth when i have too. when i disconnect from the internet, i use CCleaner i do the cleaning at least 2 times , i noticed that it shows me that it has not cleaned it all out , i click on analyze button and it shows nothing ,but when i click on clean,,it shows that it cleaned out something , so i click on analyze again and it shows nothing, so i then again click on the clean button,, the amount is differant every time. i think that is a bug in the CCleaner program. i scanned my pc for bug(viruses and whatnot) all came out clean. Thank you for also taking the steps to scan for malware on your computer. Yes ,this is small "bug" in the final totals logic of Run Cleaner vers 02.04 Click on OPTIONS function click on ADVANCED button. Check the boxes relating to IE LOG LISTING and FIREFOX LOG LISTING.
