Are you uncheckinig the "only delete temp files over 48 hrs old" option. There are also some files that are not deleted until the next reboot.This is a restriction caused by Windows software installed by Microsoft. This option is under Options> Advanced The first option. Try unchecking this box then run Cleaner function. Also recommend checking boxes for IE details listing and Mozilla/Firefox details listing. There is also a REPORTED "bug" that can cause the figures not too match.Checking the boxes as listed on the line above gets around this "bug".
