When you say QUICK LAUNCH do you mean your Start Menu items ??? If this is what you mean then make sure that "USER ASSIST HISTORY" is NOT checked in the ADVANCED options list. Describe what OS,browser etc. that you are using. Also explain what options you are using.This info is important in tracking down the problem. I am just a member of the forum but I know the programming team needs this info.
