Varmint Al
Cleaning with the: Advanced Custom Files and Folders When Adding files to the "Custom Files and Folders" list, is it possible to use wild cards. For example I have many folders on my L: partition. I would like to have CCleaner delete all of the files named d3plot, d3plot01, d3plot02... etc in every folder on the complete L: partition. Could I add a line something like --- L:\\\d3plot??.* to have CCleaner to delete only the d3plot** files on the complete L: partition? Example of file locations. L:\FLUTE-N-133\Aflute1\ aflute1.dyn aflute1.txt d3drlf d3dump01 d3dump02 d3hsp d3plot d3plot01 d3plot02 d3plot03 d3plot04 d3plot05 d3plot06 d3plot07 d3plot08 d3plot09 d3plot10 d3plot11 d3plot12 d3plot13 d3plot14 d3plot15 d3plot16 d3plot17 L:\FLUTE-N-133\Aflute2\ aflute2.dyn aflute2.txt d3drlf d3dump01 d3dump02 d3hsp d3plot d3plot01 d3plot02 d3plot03 d3plot04 d3plot05 d3plot06 d3plot07 d3plot08 d3plot09 d3plot10 d3plot11 d3plot12 d3plot13 d3plot14 d3plot15 d3plot16 d3plot17 Good Hunting... from Varmint Al
Moderators Augeas Posted November 24, 2007 Moderators Share Posted November 24, 2007 Al, It wouldn't take more than a few minutes to set up a dummy folder with a few copied files in it and try it. Rgds.
