yr3750
1) v92 modem on hold app... 2) Intel R graphics media accelerator... 3) CD/DVD drive acoustic silencer Can I delete these from starting up and running in the background utilizing CCleaner/Tools/Startup program... OR, do I need these programs for one reason or another? Where possible I want to keep things from running in the background unless it is a must have item. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.
lotse
Hi I can't help you directly, but you should check out your start up apps at this web site. http://www.answersthatwork.com/Tasklist_pages/tasklist.htm It should tell you if the program is absolutely necessary. - type msconfig at the run menu and then go to start up to get the abbreviated name of the application. Try checking here: http://www.castlecops.com/StartupList.html I don't think the first and last one you mentioned will cause any problem being disabled but I've no experience with Vista so can't say for definite
