mfenech
I need to measure segments of video files in tenths of a second. I need to be able to control the movement of the video with a flywheel type control, to get exact measurements from start to finish of a segment. Anyone know a program (preferably freeware) that can do this? Thanks.

Moderators rridgely Posted May 5, 2007 Moderators Share Posted May 5, 2007 Glad it worked. I read about that program a while ago but I never tried it. Maybe I'll download it later and give it a go.
