I have Win 8.1 Every time I try to install the program, it says it cannot install "Error opening file for writing" Click abort to stop, retry to try again or ignore to skip this file. None of those options work. I have to close it out through Task Manager. I've downloaded the program twice and tried it several times but it won't install. I have Norton and Malwarbytes
