I am trying to clean the Windows Registry according to the instructions of this guide: https://support.piriform.com/hc/en-us/articles/360048227291-Clean-the-Windows-Registry#clean-the-windows-registry-0-0 Unfortunately, the "Fix selected issues button" is not appearing. Where the button would be, it instead says "Review selected issues". Is the guide outdated, or am I missing something?
