Yes I know this I was doing that to see if I logged into a Google account and then logged out and closed window if Ccleaner would clean history, it did not

Just to see I did login to one of my Gmail accounts and when I logged out CCleaner did NOT clean my history

No I don't sign in, Google doesn't need to follow me

I have it set to clean when I exit Chrome, I also realize that Chrome makes it almost impossible to clean history but this is my issue.
when I surf on Chrome and then exit CClener cleans history and even if I manually run CCleaner to make sure history is cleared it isn't. If I click on the 3 dots on the top right and chose history it shows the last 7-10 sites or pages I visited. What good is it to have a program that "cleans history" if it can't? I even run Click & clean and the same thing happens so I have tried different programs that are supposed to clean Chrome history?
What's up with that?

Since the reason I have been buying CCleaner Pro was to clear history when I exit Chrome Google has put the screws to CCleaner. I wish I knew this 2 days ago when I renewed it for another year.

Sync is off ( disabled ) in Chrome but thanks for the reply

I'm sure this has something to do with Google what the hell on earth doesn't anymore.......lol
I have several Gmail account, personal, business etc. when I logout of any one of the account and not logged into any google account then open Chrome nothing is saved in the history. when I start to type just generic stuff show for suggestions.
When I login to one of my Gmail accounts then open another tab the minute I start to type in the search space all my past history shows as suggestions. THIS is why I bought CCleaner and have used it for 3-4 years now. should it clean all history for any Google account as long as I am logged out of it? it's not?
[Solved] Chrome last 8 'History' not being cleaned.

I did just renew my license for another year and hopefully I will have more success with help issues here than I ever did with Ccleaner support. One thing that I don't understand is Ccleaner is suppose to clean your history when you exit the browser. Using Chrome I can run Ccleaner and close the browser then open it and check the history and there are still about 10 entries.
I have smart cleaning enabled on close without notice, am I doing something wrong or do Ccleaner really not clean history??
