I've had CCleaner for years and last year I bought a two year key. IT worked fine until the last update and now my key is invalid. It's not an internet issue because you are reading this and I'm online all the time. I've request my key be sent to me and have both typed and copied the key and my name in the correct boxes. So with a year left I have an invalid key and an unregistered copy. Yes it was purchased through you.
