I tried your link to Office diagnostics. Everything worked until Setup diagnostics. It just kept cancelling the Setup diagnostics. When I am in Word and click on Mailings, then either labels or envelopes, I get this error message: "there is a problem with the label information. You may correct this by repairing Office or by reinstalling label information". When I researched, it says to run regidit. I am too scared. Any ideas how I can fix? I have a small craft business and use labels and envelopes in Word daily. Thanks.

I did a registry cleanup and files were deleted. Did not do a backup. Now my Office 2007 Word is not working properly. And the Ccleaner was the only thing that could have affected it. How can I restore the files or keys deleted or fixed?
