Please Help Me joined the community

ccleaner works on one of my desktops but won't on my other one. It always did before up until about 3-4 weeks ago. It stops less than a minute into a scan and then won't send an error message. Any thoughts on what may be wrong? I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling and the same thing happens. Thanks for any suggestions
