deleted chrome plugins still showing up on 'startup' tool

I too tried to remove Chrome plugins and they stubbornly reappear when I restart Chrome. I am using v5.22.5724 on Windows 10 Example: BBC Iplayer Radio and BBC News - even though I don't have any extensions that relate to these, they keep reappearing.
