I'm afraid I'm still seeing the issue about Portable auto-forwarding back to the main page on Win7 in IE 11 and Firefox and on a Win10 machine using Edge or Firefox. Any help would be appreciated.

I'm not sure what changed, if anything, but this morning I was able to download the portable version of CCleaner without an issue using the same method I've always done. I'll keep the other ideas in mind though. Just for completeness I'm running Win 7, IE 11, and the only add-ons are Java (v8u91), XML DOM, and Shockwave.

I'm actually having the same issue. You click the link for the Portable download and it flashes the actual download page but a split second later it forwards to the front page. I tried downloading the slim version and that seems to work but the portable version does not. Trying the direct URL also simply returns you to the front page of the site. The link above also opens the download page for a split second before returning to the front page. Any help would be appreciated.
