Yes, I did. But, apparently I fixed it.
Allow forum.CCleaner.com and CCleaner.com cookies.
I noticed CCleaner.com starting showing up without me going to the CCleaner website, so I allowed it to see, and it was fixed.

Because since it has an uninstaller, it would still be listed in Add/Remove Programs, and plus they have a lot of registry settings.

I have used it awhile back, but I keep going back to the Uninstaller in CCleaner. Tools > Uninstall

I tried it out about a week ago. It's way too aggressive.

CCleaner can no longer clean the new version of the Google Toolbar for Firefox, as now it's embedded in a required javascript file (which can not be deleted).

Q: The same items keep immediately re-appearing in subsequent Issues scans in CCleaner after attempting to remove them, what should I do?
A: Run the Repair Permissions tool in Dial-a-fix. This will fix it 90% of the time. If you are unable to run this tool, try it in "Safe mode with command prompt". The Repair Permissions tool is included in the Medium and Full versions of Dial-a-fix. If you are just here to repair this particular CCleaner problem, get the Medium version. Once you extract it, double click on Dial-a-fix.exe, click Tools, click Repair Permissions, and click GO. After the permissions repair completes, run a new issues scan in CCleaner -- do not remove the objects found by the scan that was performed before the permissions repair tool was run.
If CCleaner finds its own COM objects, such as CCListView, CCListBar, CCTab, etc, then the same answer also applies.
Please note..Dial-a-fix does not work on Windows Vista, 7, 8, 8.1, or 10. -
Many people often report having problems with MSVBVM60.DLL or other Visual Basic related error messages. Over time there is generally one simple solution. Simply downloading the Visual Basic 6 Runtimes will resolve many of these errors.
You may wish to try and download the Visual Basic 6 Runtimes as this can often fix many problems.
Note: Some computers may require a reboot after installing the runtimes.

You can open winapp.ini with Notepad and look at all the apps listed.
Check out winapp2.ini for a ton of other apps. The link is listed in my sig.

That would be a bad thing to do. You will need to remove them in Add/Remove Programs.
It is safe to uninstall all older versions, leave the newest version installed.
This should free up a lot of space, if you have several versions installed.

Really, that's not a bug. It's due to the way it's programmed. It will always probably be like that. I suggested to add an Option in Options to filter out Unrecoverable files already. But, that was a few days ago too.

%ProgramFiles%\LimeWire\LimeWire.exe apparently is the still the default install path.
From what you said. It sounds like it's now %appdata%\LimeWire\Incomplete
(Documents and Settings\<Name>\Application Data\LimeWire\Incomplete)
Is that right?

What is the directory for the LimeWire Pro incomplete folder? I don't have it installed anymore.
