  1. Yes, I am aware that there are no differences in cleaning between the two versions, except that in the pro version all the cleaning can be automated and tailored to each browser and each user. Also, the pro version can work quietly in the background. As Ron Popeil used to say, "Set it and forget it". And, of course, it can be set to update automatically as well.   2. I've used the free version of ccleaner for awhile now and I decided to buy the program. In anticipation of my purchase, I decided to download the 14 day free trial to see the differences in ccleaner pro vs. the free version. I noticed that a default registry exclusion was included with the new download: HKCR\CLSID\{047466F1-82AE-455A-AFC4-D3AC463FBF6B} Does anyone know why that registry entry is excluded?
